"Our organization is going through a major transformation so we were looking for a team-building session that helped to connect our team while highlighting the exciting possibilities that we know will happen. The Art of Possibilities Workshop was the perfect blend of taking time to think outside the box, envisioning what's next for our team and enjoying a creative, thought-provoking time together. We had a fun, energizing session using the metaphor of transforming an old item and giving it a new life and purpose."
~Kathy Sibert, Former President/CEO, A-SPAN, Arlington, VA
"Tim Kime and his team conducted a creative holiday workshop for our management team at Goodwill. While every year we hold a decorating contest, this year we decided to do something a little different that we thought would help improve team building, while allowing our staff to embrace the creativity that all of us share but rarely get to exercise. We created teams to upscale items found at Goodwill stores. The twist was that the new artwork must have a holiday theme.
The workshop was amazing!! Everyone loved it! We all had a chance to work in teams with people we see daily but don’t often interact with, and it brought out the creative holiday spirit in everyone. It was a fun experience. Days after the “reveal” our staff members were still talking about it. We can’t wait to do it again. Kudos to Tim and his team for showing us all what we’re capable of achieving – together!"
~Brendan J. Hurley, MSM, CMM, Chief Marketing Officer Goodwill of Greater Washington & The Goodwill Excel Center, Washington, DC
"Covenant House Washington, was looking for a unique team-building activity for our staff retreat that included art and creativity, so we turned to the Art of Possibilities Workshop to make that happen. Our staff live out the CHW’s mission by helping homeless and disconnected youth people see what is possible in themselves and help them reach new heights in their lives; the workshop was in perfect alignment with our mission. Our team saw new possibilities in transforming house hold items into works of art...much like they do every day with the lives of our youth at Covenant House Washington. Thank you for a great hands-on engagement"
~Dr. Madye Henson, Principal, CentricIMPACT
"Tim's Art of Possibilities Workshop was the perfect way to launch our new team and our new school! Transforming an ordinary item into a piece of artwork was a powerful metaphor for what we do we aim to do in our work. Tim expertly brought lightness and positive energy to an incredibly moving creative experience!"
